The Fitness Instructor will provide high quality group exercise instruction that contributes to each member or guest’s fitness goals. Monitors and educates participants on safe fitness techniques. Develops and instructs fun, energetic, and highly motivational exercise classes for all fitness and skill levels.
Lifeguards will monitor activities, observe and aid swimmers, prevent accidents, protect life and enforce state and facility rules/guidelines. Lifeguards will also assist with the implementation of programs and special events.
We are looking for adult community members with a set of skills, a talent or a hobby they would like to share as a JLAAC program. Someone looking to work or volunteer their time for 2-10 hours a week during program sessions (varies from school year to summer).
The JLAAC is searching for program/event ideas, Program Leaders, Program Volunteers & Event Volunteers.
The Swim Instructor provides water safety instruction, monitors and educates participants on swimming and general water safety. Develops and instructs fun, energetic and highly motivational classes for all skill and age levels.
The Welcome Desk Attendant executes the day to day operations and workflow of the Welcome Desk. This individual must be knowledgeable on the facility, programs and software and able to communicate this information effectively. It is essential the Welcome Desk Attendant can multi-task in a fast pace environment and be adaptable to an ever-changing atmosphere. Wellness Reimbursement on membership offered. Applicant must be available flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
All positions may be required to work shifts during the week, evenings, on weekends and on some holidays
