Here at Jack Link’s Aquatic & Activity Center, we are working to get the facility ready to welcome our members back.  Providing a safe and healthy facility for you and our staff, is of our upmost priority.  

We are following the health department and CDC guidelines as we finalize the re-opening plan that will be announced later this week.

To All of Our Valued JLAAC Members;


We thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.

With the many uncertainties of this time I’d like to take a moment and answer some of the many questions you might have.


FAQ’s:


     ❖ I am a monthly member how do I suspend my account, so I don’t get charged while JLAAC is 

           closed?       

          JLAAC has proactively suspended all accounts and suspended all autopay and auto-renewals until   

          such time as JLAAC re-opens, no action on your part needed at this time.


     ❖ What about the time in March that JLAAC was closed and I already paid for March?

          All JLAAC monthly memberships that were in good standing at the time JLAAC was required to close 

          will be given 50% off the first month JLAAC is re-opened as credit for the time JLAAC was closed in  

          March.


     ❖ I have an annual membership or a package such as 90 Days of Winter; what happens to my 

          account? 

          JLAAC will be extending all annual & active package memberships the length of time JLAAC is closed 

          due to the Wisconsin Emergency Orders in response to the COVID-19.


     ❖ How Can I Support JLAAC during this time?

           As a Non-Profit membership-based organization, we value, appreciate and need your support to 

          continue to provide the programs, classes, and facility here at JLAAC when we re-open.


          Understanding that this situation has also impacted your family and very likely your work life as well 

          there are several ways you can still continue to support JLAAC during this time:


               ✓ Continue Your Membership – If possible, continue your membership payments during this crisis. 

                     E-mail us at info@jlaac.org and we can help arrange this for you.


               ✓ Amazon Smile – if you shop through Amazon go through Amazon Smile, Amazon will donate 0.5% 

                     of your purchases to JLAAC at no charge to you.


                    Go through Amazon Smile either via the mobile app or Amazon Smile web site; select Jack Link 

                    Community Center Inc as the non -profit/charity organization to support.


               ✓ Donate – If possible, make a donation to JLAAC.

What should we all do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?


JLAAC is receiving advice from professional and medically informed entities that are requesting that those returning from international travel self-quarantine for 14 days. We are respectfully requesting that any of our members or facility users err on the side of caution if returning from international travel and take a brief break from attending our facility.


Please remember to maintain good hygiene practices as advised by the CDC, WHO, and WDH:


• Clean Your Hands Often - Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.


• Avoid Close Contact - Avoid close contact with people who are sick.


• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.


• Stay Home If You’re Sick – Symptoms of coronavirus include, fever, cough, shortness of breath; this list is not all inclusive. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning.


• Cover Coughs and Sneezes – Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash, or cough/sneeze into your elbow.


• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces - Please remember to wipe down mats, weights, and fitness equipment with disinfecting wipes before and after use. We recommend you bring your own yoga mat if available.


• Follow CDC guidelines to reasonable social distancing - Avoid physical contact like hand- shaking, and maintain six feet of distance from others.

Access is through the east end door by the gymnasium.

Members will be required to use the east entry door near the gymnasium during the hours the Welcome Desk is not staffed (5:00-8:00 AM and evenings after 6:00 PM). Simply tap your membership badge on the card reader to the right of the door to gain entry during these times. Record of your entry will be required on a sign-in sheet located by the door and verified by staff.   

***Tapping your badge on the card reader to gain access through the doors does not check you in. You must sign-in for your visit to be counted.***

  The main entrance and west end of the building will be open daily 

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Day Passes will be available for purchase only during Welcome Desk hours, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM daily. 
  • Non-members on a day pass are welcome to stay in the building past 6 PM but will not have reentry access. 
  • The  Gymnasium, Indoor Track, Fitness Center, Aquatic Center & Locker Rooms will be available for member only access before and after the Welcome Desk hours.

Some insurance plans offer Wellness Reimbursement Programs. Contact your insurance provider for additional information


Both Monthly and Annual Memberships have a one time registration fee of $25.00 + tax.


*Annual Rate is due at the time of registration. 

**Adults must provide proof of common residency.


Annual Memberships may be purchased online or at the Welcome Desk. 

Monthly memberships are available at the Welcome Desk only.
