The Group Fitness Class Schedule is also a two-page document showing the schedule and the class descriptions.

The pool consists of 3 25-yard lap lanes, a recreation area and a zero-depth area with a play structure.
Times scheduled for Lap Swim, Open Swim, Swim Lessons & Water Fitness.
The pool will not be open for Open Swim during Swim Lessons.

Many of the rooms at the JLAAC are available to rent for reunions, parties, meetings, sports events, etc.
Throughout the year the JLAAC will hold seasonal events and some member-only events.
